The Brick House name is reminiscent of days gone by where every community would have their communal bakehouse in which to bake their own bread and socialise. Today Brick House extends that same social bond between food and community and is a central hub and meeting place for the area. 

As a nod to the heritage of this simple method of bread baking the logo type has been influenced by the typography within the humble brick which was used in the construction of the brick oven.
